Shipping Policy
We aim to ship out all orders within 7 days of receiving your order
by Royal Mail 48 hour recorded.
Orders over £25 are free delivery, otherwise it is £3.85.
If you require your treats for a special occasion or by a certain date please email us with your order number and details and we will do everything we can to get your equine their treats ASAP!
Return & Exchange Policy
If there is anything wrong with your equine's treats when they are received please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will help resolve any issues or complaints as quickly as possible.
As per UK law, you have a 14 day cooling off period once you receive the treats, which allows you to return them to us, no questions asked, unless the treats have been opened. Please contact us via email before sending anything back to us.
(Customer is responsible for return shipping costs)
(You will be refunded for the treats providing that they are in good condition within 14 days of us receiving them, no postage costs are refunded)
